7th August 2026 was a special day for everyone at IIEDM as students, employees and members of the IIEDM family came together to celebrate 15 wonderful years of IIEDM. With the theme,“IIEDM’s Grand 15th Gala,” the celebration was filled with laughter, games, music, delicious snacks, and plenty of unforgettable memories.
From the moment everyone entered the venue, the decorations set the mood for the evening. The entire space was beautifully decorated with balloons, golden stars, movie-themed props, popcorn boxes, clapperboards, tickets, cameras, and disco-ball elements. The grand balloon arches and colourful setup truly made the venue feel like a gala. There was also a specially designed photo booth, which quickly became one of the most popular spots. Students and employees clicked countless pictures with their friends and captured memories that they could take home with them.
Fun, Games & Endless Laughter
The celebration became even more exciting when the games began. Everyone got an opportunity to step away from their regular routine and simply have fun.
The Hula Hoop Challenge brought out everyone’s competitive side, while the Treasure Hunt turned the celebration into an exciting team activity. Participants worked together, followed clues, searched for hidden treasures, and cheered each other on.Then came the Balloon Blast, which created plenty of excitement and laughter. Whether participating in the games or cheering from the side, everyone was completely involved in the fun.What made these activities special was the way they brought students and employees together. For a few hours, there were no assignments, classes, deadlines, or work pressure – just laughter, friendly competition, and good memories.
After all the games, everyone enjoyed some delicious snacks and refreshments. It was also a wonderful opportunity for old friends and ex-students to reconnect, share stories, and remember their own IIEDM days.
A Musical Ending As the celebration moved towards its final moments, the atmosphere became even more lively with a jamming session by the students. Students came forward with their guitars, sang their favourite songs, and performed with the clapbox. Soon, the entire room was filled with music, clapping, singing, and cheerful voices. It wasn’t about having a perfect performance; it was about enjoying the moment and celebrating together.
Celebrating 15 Years of Memories The IIEDM Grand 15th Gala was much more than an anniversary party. It was a celebration of the people who have been a part of IIEDM’s journey over the past 15 years. From the beautifully decorated venue and fun-filled games to the photo booth, snacks, music, and student performances, every part of the evening created memories that will be cherished for years to come.
15 years is not just a milestone – it is a collection of thousands of stories, friendships, achievements, and memories.
The celebration may have come to an end, but the laughter, photographs, songs, and moments shared on 7th August will remain a beautiful part of IIEDM’s journey.
